Justice revokes prison of three soldiers of the Providence

The protective custody of three of 11 soldiers wrapped in the death of three young persons of the Hill of the Providence, in the Zone Portuária of the Rio, it was revoked in this Wednesday (9) by the titular judge of the 7th Federal Criminal Stick, Marcello Ferreira Granado. In accordance with the decision, the soldier Eduardo Pereira of Olive tree and sergeant Bruno Eduardo de Fátima would not have participated of the detention of the victims, and the end Samuel de Souza Oliveira would not have contributed to the episode of relevant form.

The magistrate ended that there would no be fear of which they were threatening you witness residents of the town. In the decision, the judge also alleged that, at other moments of the event, the three remained in situation of hierarchical obedience, without determinative participation in the ending of the episode.
