Rises to 26% the number of delayed flights in the country this Sunday

Bulletin published by the Brazilian Company of Airport Infrastructure (Infraero) shows that of 374 flights scheduled for 1432 throughout the country until the 20h of this Sunday (21) recorded delays exceeding 30 minutes, which represents 26.21% of total takeoffs . By 10 am, the rate of delayed flights was 15.2%. 

The highest percentage of delays was recorded at International Airport Juscelino Kubitschek in Brasilia, where 49 of the 117 takeoffs planned for this Sunday delayed, ie 41.9% of departures. Three flights were canceled throughout the day in the Brazilian capital. 

In the International Airport of Guarulhos, in Greater Sao Paulo, was recorded the highest number of flights delayed. According to Infraero, 65 (32%) of 203 flights scheduled for take off in Cumbica left behind and nine departures eventually canceled.
