Girl gets electric discharge to make splash in Pernambuco

A girl of 12 years received an electric discharge as did paddle in Paulista (SP) on Wednesday (12). She came to be referred to a unit of health, but the place was dead.

The Guardianship Council dismissed the possibility of negligence and considered the case as a fatality. "The family is structured and the girl is rarely alone," said Barreto.
